Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder located in Faisalabad. As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the agency, managing day-to-day operations, and driving business development. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their marketing needs, oversee the creation and execution of campaigns, and ensure delivery of measurable results. Additionally, you will play a critical role in scaling the business, fostering a strong company culture, and driving innovation within the team.

  3. Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
  4. Leadership and team management skills
  5. Experience in digital marketing and a track record of successful campaigns
  6. Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  8. Experience in a startup environment is a plus
