Floret Commodities recently acquired the Licence and TREC for brokerage of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). We are hiring aHead of Equitiesto lead our Pakistan Stock Exchange operations. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end oversight including client acquisition, execution, back-office coordination, compliance, and strategy formulation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the equities business unit (PSX)
  • Drive client acquisition and manage sales strategy
  • Oversee trade execution, order flow, and OMS integration
  • Coordinate with back office for ledger, settlement, and compliance
  • Maintain regulatory alignment with SECP, PSX, NCCPL, CDC
  • Supervise sales teams across regions (if applicable)
  • Contribute to product development (research, mobile trading, onboarding)
  • Collaborate with MD to build and scale the PSX operations

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in equities brokerage (PSX)
  • Strong skills in Equities and Trading
  • Experience in Finance and Investments
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of OMS, back office platforms, and NCCPL processes
  • Certified fromIFMPand approved bySECP(or eligible)
