Job Title:

Human Resources Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources professional to lead and optimize our HR operations, people strategy, and recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations:
    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks to support business growth.
    • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems for seamless HR operations.
    • Oversee employee records, compliance reporting, and HR documentation.
    • Partner with leadership to ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Establish and improve onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • People Operations:
    • Enhance employee engagement, retention, and company culture through strategic initiatives.
    • Drive performance management, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and career development programs.
    • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
    • Conduct employee surveys and leverage insights to optimize workplace satisfaction and productivity.
    • Implement learning and development programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent across multiple functions.
    • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain strong employer branding to position the organization as a top workplace.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define job roles, competencies, and hiring goals.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and candidate experience.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, people operations, or talent acquisition, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling HR processes and systems.
  • Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment and employer branding.
