Job Title: Business DevelopmentExecutive (B2B Software Solutions)

Key Responsibilities:


Lead Management:

Quick response to inbound leads
Lead qualification
Managing the sales pipeline

Client Communication:

Discovery calls
Technical requirement gathering
Solution presentations
Proposal walkthroughs

Proposal Development:

Creating custom proposals
Solution scoping
Pricing strategy
Technical documentation review

Platform Management:

Understanding of platform dynamics
Experience with B2B software sales
Proposal/bid optimization

Required Experience:


1-2 years in B2B software sales
Experience with custom software development and sales
Understanding of technical concepts
Proven track record in proposal writing
Experience in consultative selling

Must-Have Skills:


Technical:

Excellent Understanding of software development
Ability to understand technical requirements
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and major platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic)
Basic understanding of ML/DL concepts and development cycles
Ability to translate business problems into AI solution components
Experience explaining AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical clients
Familiarity with data requirements and ethical considerations for AI projects
Understanding of AI ROI and business value propositions
Experience with project scoping

Sales:

Strong discovery call skills
Proposal writing expertise
Negotiation skills
Pipeline management

Communication:

Excellent English proficiency
Presentation skills
Technical writing ability
Client relationship management

Target Background:
