Position: Customer Solutions Expert (Tier I) Sales

Compensation: PKR 50,000/month (Base during 4-month probation)

Commission: Uncapped (No limit)

Role Overview

As a Customer Solutions Expert (Tier I), you'll engage directly with customers through outbound calls, identify their needs, and provide customized solutions. You'll be responsible for achieving daily/weekly sales targets while upholding quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive sales.
  • Meet performance benchmarks and team goals.

  • Target-driven, punctual, and disciplined work ethic.
