About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with expertise in Packaging Solutions. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing tailored packaging solutions to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the packaging industry (corrugated, flexible, cartons, plastics, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide expert advice on packaging materials, designs, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales within the 
    packaging industry
    .
  • Strong knowledge of packaging products and solutions (paper, plastic, corrugated, or flexible packaging).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong networks and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
