We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced US-based Accountant to manage financial functions in accordance with U.S. accounting standards and regulations. This is a onsite role focused on providing financial oversight, compliance, and reporting for our U.S. clients and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain financial records following GAAP and U.S. tax laws
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
  • Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and other U.S. financial authorities
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
  • Collaborate with the Pakistan-based team to ensure consistent and accurate reporting
  • Liaise with U.S. clients for financial documentation and audits
  • Utilize tools like QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel for financial tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of U.S. accounting experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or other U.S. accounting platforms
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with an international team
