Tele Sales ( Solar Energy )

  • ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an ambitious and enthused individual with strong foundations in Telesales who is familiar with Solar Energy Solution sales to join Mason1.

ONE WHO WANTS TO MAKE PAKISTAN MORE GREENER WE NEED YOU

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Make outbound calls to potential customers for Solar Energy Sales
    • Present and sell company products/services, i.e, Solar Energy Related
    • Meetings with the Team Lead & Daily strategy discussion.
    • Make new customers via the Leads given by the company
    • Must have Lead Gen capability
    • Daily Broadcasting of products to customers for higher engagement
    • Understand customer needs and provide the right solutions
    • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM / SHEET
    • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
    • Extreme Energy & convincing skills required
    • Communication in English / Urdu must be good
    • Incentives / Bonus
    • Commissions per sale
    • Target Bonuses & Team Bonuses
    • Medical After 1 year
    • Transport allowance for Females
    • A company SIM / Laptop will be provided

      QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree minimum ( BBA / Engineering is a plus )

Head Office :
Mezzanine Floor, Above Askari Bank, Civic Center, Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad

  • Experience:

Solar Energy Tele Sales: 1 year (Required)
