Role Description

1- Overall management of department as per the company's objectives

2- Establish the exemplary relationship and collaboration with banks for projects financing

3- Develop and execute sales plans

4- Planning and budgeting of the department

5- Inspire and organize the teams to achieve targets

6- Progress reporting to management

Qualifications

1- BSC Engineering with MBA Preferred

2- Overall, Min 10 years of working experience with Min 5 year of experience in solar industry and Min of 2 years as manager

3- Male or Female 5-Track record of successful target achievement and team management

4- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5- Pleasant personality with fine soft skills
