
Solar Energy Sales Engineer

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our dynamic sales team as a Solar Energy Sales Engineer- Technical. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities in the solar energy market.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to pursue new business opportunities and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders to increase loyalty and repeat business
- Identify and develop key accounts, collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging market opportunities
- Craft compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients
- Pursue networking opportunities at trade shows, conferences, and events to establish relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to design and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in solar energy sales with a proven track record of success
- Strong analytical and business skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Proven ability to close sales and achieve revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
