Perks HR Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Success Associate/Sales for our reputable client.

Job Description
  1. Drive expansion and adoption of our software and services.
  2. Manage the onboarding process for each new customer, from technical evaluation onwards.
  3. Assist the sales team in driving and managing renewals.
  4. Maintain customer health and introduce new, valuable features as they become relevant on the customer journey.
  5. Generate trust and credibility at multiple levels in existing accounts after purchase and through the sales cycle.
  6. Assist in timely collections from customers.
  7. Contribute to initiatives outside of customer conversations that better the customer experience, both low-touch and high-touch.
  8. Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and support team members to foster a strong sense of community and information sharing.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in a customer success or customer services role.
  2. BBA required. MBA preferred.
  3. Passion for data and fintech with attention to detail.
