We are seeking Customer Support Representative (Technical Support) to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing real-time guidance and support to our field technicians. As the first point of contact for technical staff encountering challenges, you will ensure issues are resolved efficiently and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary technical support agent for field technicians, addressing and troubleshooting their issues in real-time via phone or other communication tools.
  • Provide guidance to field staff to resolve on-site technical problems effectively.
  • Document and log all support interactions and solutions within the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with technicians to verify problem resolution and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with CRM software and maintaining accurate logs.
  • Previous experience in a call center or technical support environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts (5:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan Time).
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn about new systems and processes quickly.
