Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Lahore District. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for attending to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer service calls, troubleshooting customer problems, providing timely and efficient solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer support.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is required

Timings: Night shift, 9 hours

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
