We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our on-site team in Bahawalpur. The ideal candidate will bring 1.5 to 2 years of professional experience in manual software testing, along with a strong grasp of QA methodologies, bug tracking, and quality assurance best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans


• Conduct thorough functional, regression, smoke, and UI testing of web and mobile applications


• Identify, document, and manage bugs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)


• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives


• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality releases


• Ensure proper test coverage and documentation across all QA activities


• Validate bug fixes and enhancements in staging/UAT environments before production deployments

Required Qualifications & Skills:


• 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in manual QA testing


• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and software testing principles


• Experience working with test case management tools such as TestRail or similar


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


• Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a structured environment


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
