Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts for various high-impact technology projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end QA lifecycle, from test planning and execution to deployment readiness and post-release support. Key responsibilities include leading and managing the QA team, designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of hands-on QA experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting tools
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
