The Deputy Manager Quality Assurance is a crucial role that requires strong analytical and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of quality control procedures, including the development and implementation of quality manuals, operational guidelines, and analytical testing methods.

Key responsibilities include minimizing quality inspection wastages and customer complaints by working closely with sales and marketing teams to meet customer satisfaction requirements. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and forecasting budgets, analyzing process streams for in-process control, and providing technical support to production and utilities departments.

Leadership skills are essential for this role, as the Deputy Manager Quality Assurance will need to motivate and lead a team, while also coordinating with HR to address staff-related issues. Strong knowledge of high-tech instruments, such as Gas Chromatograph (GC), Viscobath, and ability to analyze complex data sets are also required.

A degree in Chemistry or related field, along with at least 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance, is necessary for this position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with high-tech instruments and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
