Job Title: Finance Manager

Reporting to: CCE

Location: Islamabad

Job Description
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's short-term and long-term goals, in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Participate actively in the preparation of the annual budget.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to provide insightful recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements in the TIC industry across various jurisdictions.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper administration and monitoring of all finances, including credit control.
  • Prepare and control monthly, quarterly, and annual reports demanded by CCE, Region, and Head Office.
  • Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, working capital optimization, and risk management strategies to enhance financial stability and liquidity.
  • The Procurement and Collections teams will report to the Finance Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Sales to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and maximize profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and implement financial systems, tools, and processes to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and support scalable growth.
  • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and proactively address challenges and opportunities.
  • Drive financial performance optimization through commercial initiatives, revenue enhancement, and cost management strategies.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making, pricing, contract negotiations, and market expansion.
  • Monitor cash flows to predict future financial trends.
  • Oversee employee and subcontractor accident insurance and asset insurance.
  • Handle statutory returns and registrations related to administration and office renewals.
  • Manage salary processing, full and final settlements, and maintain payroll records.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of clients in Pakistan, their needs, expectations, satisfaction levels, and potential business growth, including contact development and analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: ACCA, CIMA, CA.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of financial and accounting software like JD Edwards, MS Office (especially Excel), and B&I; analytical reporting skills; knowledge of Pakistan's statutory laws.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years as a Finance Manager, with strong accounting and reporting background.
