An Islamabad-based E-Learning Provider with nearly 500 employees, offering online courses to aspiring doctors worldwide.

Position: Finance & Accounts Manager

Job Description:
The company is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance & Accounts Manager to lead and manage the finance and accounting functions. The Manager Finance will play a critical role in financial planning, risk management, compliance, and supporting business growth. This executive will also be responsible for driving operational efficiency and aligning financial strategies with the company's long-term goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic & Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth and sustainability; Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning; Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team and board.
    • Financial Operations & Reporting: Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting (UK GAAP/IFRS); Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations; Ensure robust financial controls and internal audit readiness.
      • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with SECP, FBR, tax laws, and other regulatory bodies; Lead annual statutory audits and liaise with auditors; Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
        • Investor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and investors; Support fundraising efforts through financial modeling and projections.
          • Team & Systems Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team; Implement financial systems, ERP, and automation for improved accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • CA Finalist/ ACCA/ ICMA or MBA-Finance
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role
  • Experience in fintech, telecom, or Ed-Tech is preferred
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic advisory

Key Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Leadership and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of digital financial services

Additional Details:

  • Experience: 5+ years
  • Work Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Work Days: Monday - Friday, Saturday (11:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
  • Location: Islamabad - Onsite
  • Salary: Market Competitive
