Job Title: Finance Manager
Reporting to: CCE
Location: Islamabad
Job Description:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's goals, aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual budget.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to provide insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements in the TIC industry across jurisdictions.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, reports, and analyses for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and administer all financial activities, including credit control.
  • Prepare and control monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for CCE, Region, and Head Office.
  • Manage treasury functions such as cash flow, working capital, and risk management to ensure financial stability.
  • Procurement and Collections teams will report to the Finance Manager.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Sales departments to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Implement financial systems, tools, and processes to improve operations and scalability.
  • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess performance and identify trends.
  • Drive financial performance through commercial initiatives, revenue growth, and cost management.
  • Provide financial insights for decision-making, pricing, contracts, and market expansion.
  • Monitor cash flows to predict future financial trends.
  • Ensure accident insurance coverage for all employees and sub-contractors.
  • Manage insurance of all assets.
  • Handle statutory returns, registrations, and office renewals.
  • Oversee salary processing and prepare related payroll records.
  • Manage full and final settlements.
  • Develop client relationships in Pakistan, understanding their needs and expectations to identify potential business opportunities.
Education: ACCA, CIMA, CA.

Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in financial and accounting software like JD Edwards, MS Office (especially Excel), and B&I; analytical reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of Pakistan's statutory laws.
Experience: Minimum 15 years as a Finance Manager, with expertise in accounting and reporting.
