5-8 years' experience in Urdu & English typing and preference will be given to those candidates who possess experience of typing Enquiries & Court proceedings in Urdu.

Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to support Prosecution & IR department during the course of Investigation / enquiries proceedings and shall write enquiry / investigation proceedings in a prescribed format (Urdu & English language).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately transcribe ongoing inquiry proceedings such as gas theft cases / Work Place Harassment / domestic Inquiries/ Investigations in both Urdu and English using relevant software.
  • Ensure fluency in both English and Urdu to match typing speed with ongoing inquiry proceedings, transcribing statements and testimonies in real-time without any grammatical, spelling and or formatting errors.
  • Organize and maintain a comprehensive Enquiry & Discipline Record, ensuring all transcriptions are securely stored and easily accessible.
  • Listen to audio recordings from inquiry sessions and convert them into written text with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Scanning of disciplinary files / records.
