Position Overview:

This role involves managing the daily activities of the team, fostering new profit streams within customer accounts, and providing weekly progress reports against set responsibilities and metrics.

Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Deep knowledge of the SMB sales market in the US.
  • Achieving annual sales targets.
  • Driving year-over-year growth within assigned accounts.
  • Managing daily team issues.
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with UK, India, and global teams to expand business.
  • Growing sales pipelines through monthly forecasting.
  • Supporting team training and fostering a learning culture.
  • Engaging with team members to serve as a knowledge resource.
  • Resolving customer opportunities, requests, and issues.
  • Celebrating successes and addressing underperformance.
  • Utilizing organizational tools to acquire new customers.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Resolving procurement and service sales issues with division leaders.
  • Supporting AEs with training and support.
  • Managing customer interactions and email templates.
  • Leading OEM/customer discussions and negotiations.
  • Covering during holidays or leaves.
  • Handling back-end processes and system behaviors.
  • Maintaining ERP/CRM hygiene.
  • Preparing high-level presentations.
  • Reporting on team pipeline and growth opportunities.
  • Holding weekly meetings with division leaders to discuss team issues.

Candidate Profile:

  • 8-10 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience leading sales managers and teams.
  • Proven revenue and gross profit growth.
  • Pipeline development skills.
  • Strong reporting capabilities.
  • QBS-based selling skills.
  • Relevance-focused engagement strategies for new business.
  • Innovative thinking for customer base expansion and recurring revenue.
  • Ability to lead the team to surpass annual targets.
