Role Overview:

As anHR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeingrecruitment, employee engagement, attendance & payroll management, compliance, and HR reporting. Experience in theIT/Tech sectoris preferred, and familiarity withOdoo HRis a strong plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implementHR policies and strategiesthat align with company objectives.
  • Manage theend-to-end recruitment process, focusing on hiring top tech talent.
  • Overseeemployee onboarding, training, and retentioninitiatives.
  • Monitor and manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll processingefficiently.
  • Ensure compliance withlabor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Support leadership inperformance management and employee development.
  • PrepareHR reports & analyticsusingMS Excel(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reports).
  • Work withHR software systems(Odoo HR experience is a strong plus but not required).
  • Foster apositive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace culture.

Requirements:

5+ yearsof HR management experience, preferably in anIT/tech company.

Experience inattendance & payroll management, labor law compliance, and employee relations.

Proficiency in MS Excel(HR reporting, data analysis, and payroll tracking).

Strong understanding ofHR software systems(Odoo HR experience is a plus).

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in afast-paced, on-site work environment.
