Human Resources Manager – BPO Industry Experience Required

Location: Lahore

Job Type: Part-Time, 7 pm to 11 pm

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager with a strong background in the BPO industry to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be proficient in high-volume recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations within a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  3. Manage end-to-end recruitment for various BPO roles (agents, team leads, support functions).
  4. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR practices and regulations.
  5. Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
  6. Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  7. Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop efficient HR systems.
  8. Maintain HR records and reports for audits and internal tracking.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR within the BPO industry (mandatory).
  2. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  4. Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  5. Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
