We are seeking applications for the position of Coordinator Operations. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring of all activities and job performance of the operational staff.
  2. Supervise all operational activities (account opening, TDRs, Remittances, Clearing, Cash, etc.).
  3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant internal rules and regulations of Bank operations.
  4. Support the operational staff development by coaching and training.
  5. Solve conflicts on staff issues, including the branch manager where necessary.
  6. Ensure high level of customer service quality and high level of customer satisfaction.
  7. Cost and income awareness to generate adequate branch profitability.
  8. Revise and communicate to all operational staff results and tendencies of the monthly "Branch Performance Report" and other relevant business reports on branch business results.
  9. Upkeep and maintenance of branch premises and fixed assets.
  10. To keep branch expenses within the allocated limits.
  11. Responsible for branch security issues, following internal guidelines.
  12. Ensure that for the loan disbursement after approval of Branch Credit Committee, all conditions and requirements are fulfilled.
  13. Ensure timely payment to vendors.
  14. Working on cash in the absence of a teller.
  15. Any other task assigned by management.
