  • Leadership and Coaching: Ability to coach and train operational staff to support their development and growth.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.

In addition to these key skills and qualifications, the successful candidate will also possess:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Relevant Work Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an operational role.
