A technical lead is responsible for helping their team members with the technical aspects of their jobs, such as coding and programming. • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required
• Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders

Skills, Expertise and Qualifications -Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master in CS/IT/SE. Any advanced certification will be a plus.
• At least 6 years of professional working experience, with minimum 2 years as team lead.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Experienced in people management.
• Willingness to build professional relationships with staff
• Excellent communication, motivational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
• Must have led a team of 5 or more individuals for 2 years at least.
• Worked in the capacity of leading cross-functional and diversified teams.

Technical Skills:

• Web Framework: Laravel, Shopify
• AWS: S3, Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, Elasti-Cache, EC2, Lambda, Kinesis Analytics
• Source Control: Git, SVN 1.6.6, TFS 2015, Visual Source Safe, Stash, GitHub, BitBucket
• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors, such as LESS and SASS
• Strong experience with web design, REST Web Service Architecture, and GraphQL
• Proficient knowledge of back-end programming languages, frameworks, and servers such as Core PHP (5.2, 5.6, 7+), Laravel, Lumen, Slim, Symphony, Apache/Nginx, etc.
• Hands-on experience on SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySql, MongoDB+, SQL, RDBMS, etc.
