We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure to support applications and services, with expertise in Board international application, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native DevOps practices.
- Manage Board application tools including development, support, installation, and configuration.
- Generate and configure license keys for the Board application.
- Handle release management and end-to-end application maintenance and enhancements.
- Provide production support, including on-call support as required.
- Manage IT services and incident management processes.
- Support third-party vendor applications, including infrastructure and application support.
- Document requirements and project specifics using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Manage access to applications using tools like Windows Active Directory.
- Ensure timely adherence to HSBC controls applicable to the service.
- Set a vision and roadmap for your platform, engaging with customers, stakeholders, and users to incorporate their feedback.
- Promote a product and agile approach, organizing around value and lean principles.
- Identify root technology challenges and develop solutions utilizing available people, tools, and resources.
- Conduct service resilience activities such as backup and disaster recovery testing.
- Understand business requirements and deliver appropriate outputs.
- Maintain documentation useful for audit purposes.
- Onboard and monitor batch jobs using Control-M.
