We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communications) or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent technical and communication skills.
  • Experience: At least 10 years working with Genesys within the telecommunications industry, specifically on contact center technologies.
  • Preferred: Experience in the financial industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Over 5 years of extensive experience in Genesys/Aspect operations and ITIL processes.
  • Solution and Implementation: Over 3 years of experience in solution design and project implementation.
  • Performance: Ability to work under pressure to ensure 99.99% uptime and SLA adherence, managing incidents and SNOW requests, and delivering projects within timelines.
  • Technical Understanding: Ability to understand and enhance technical design requirements in voice and contact center fields.
  • Troubleshooting: Excellent Genesys troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues and minimize business impact.
  • Methodology: Adopt agile practices, including frameworks like Lean, and utilize tools such as JIRA.
  • Certification: Genesys certification is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of specific Genesys experience.
