Job Title: Receptionist

Responsibilities include:

  1. Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
  2. Maintaining a neat and organized front desk area to ensure a positive first impression.
  3. Answering and managing incoming phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately.
  4. Taking accurate messages and ensuring timely delivery.
  5. Assisting visitors with inquiries and providing information about the organization and its services.
  6. Directing visitors to the correct personnel or locations within the facility.
  7. Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages.
  8. Arranging outgoing mail and courier services, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  9. Providing administrative support such as data entry, photocopying, and document filing.
  10. Monitoring access to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
  11. Addressing and resolving visitor and employee complaints or escalating as necessary.
  12. Managing and replenishing front desk supplies, including stationery.
  13. Managing office supplies inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
  14. Overseeing housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness of office rooms.
  15. Performing additional tasks as assigned.
