We are looking for a Receptionist - CRO to manage our front desk daily and perform various administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
What does a CRO do?
As a CRO, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties include offering administrative support across the organization, welcoming guests with a smile, greeting visitors, coordinating front-desk activities, distributing correspondence, and redirecting phone calls.
To succeed as a CRO, you should have a pleasant personality, as this role involves customer service. You should be able to handle emergencies efficiently and streamline office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential. Flexibility to work in shifts is a plus.
Additional Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel and offices
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary supplies
- Provide accurate information in person, via phone, or email
- Handle daily mail and deliveries
- Ensure office security by following safety procedures and managing access
- Order and keep track of front office supplies
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Maintain records of office expenses
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with office equipment (printers, etc.)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Resourcefulness and proactivity in problem-solving
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- High school diploma; Office Management certification is a plus
