Description

Crawlbytes, a growing digital agency based in Islamabad, is actively seeking a Business Development & Marketing Specialist who can drive revenue growth and contribute to the expansion of the company's client base.

As a Business Development & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing sales pipelines, and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will also contribute to brand awareness and marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong persuasive communication, a results-driven attitude, and a passion for digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client acquisition

Engage with potential clients through email, phone calls, and in-person meetings to pitch agency services

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and emerging business opportunities

Maintain and update CRM tools and manage sales pipelines

Collaborate with the digital marketing team on promotional campaigns and content planning

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and qualify for performance-based commission

Represent the company at networking events or client meetings where required

Requirements:

Confidence in communication, negotiation, and client interaction

Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and sales lifecycle

Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, etc.) is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms

Energetic, motivated, and target-oriented personality

Working Hours:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break) | Monday to Saturday
