As we expand our local sales team, we're looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Development Representative - (SDR) to help us scale our reach and impact in the US market.

Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms) and book discovery calls or product demos for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential B2B prospects, decision-makers, and target accounts.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Effectively communicate the company's value proposition to spark interest.
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos or sales meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain organized records of all outreach activity, pipeline data, and KPIs in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and innovate outreach strategies for higher conversion rates.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals for qualified leads and demo bookings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles (B2B SaaS or tech environment preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport.
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.) and outreach automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, , SalesLoft).
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and consistently meet targets.
  • Bonus: Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts.
  • Bonus: Previous exposure to GHL (Go-High Level) or other marketing automation tools.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience booking demos for SaaS products or CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and lead qualification.
  • A proactive mindset and results-driven approach to outreach.
  • Experience or certification in GHL (Go-High Level).
