About the Role

Phi Consulting is hiring a Product Marketing Specialist to lead execution for one of our FreightTech clients focused on fleet safety, compliance, and embedded finance. You'll be the in-house owner of marketing execution, working closely with product and sales teams — while aligning with client's GTM strategy and oversight.

This is an execution-first role for someone who can turn positioning into programs, features into value props, and campaigns into measurable traction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day marketing execution — content, messaging, email, enablement, and digital touchpoints
  • Build launch playbooks and own the product release calendar
  • Develop marketing assets — sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, explainer content, blog posts
  • Manage and improve email campaigns, CRM integration, website updates, and lead nurture journeys
  • Track key performance metrics (MQLs, content engagement, campaign performance) and iterate quickly
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and freelancers for creative or content support

You Bring

  • 3–5 years in B2B product marketing, ideally in SaaS, logistics tech, or compliance-driven sectors
  • A strong grasp of turning complex products into value-driven narratives
  • Experience supporting sales enablement and cross-functional launches
  • Solid writing and content skills — from landing pages to email workflows
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, Figma, or Notion

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in transportation, compliance, or safety technology
  • Working in startup environments or with fractional GTM leadership
  • Exposure to outbound or lifecycle marketing tools (e.g., Clay, Instantly, Apollo)
