We're Hiring: Upwork Bidder – Software Projects/Marketing Projects – UI/UX, SEO, AI/ML

Shift: Night (US Time Zone)

Type: Full Time | On-Site

Vectora Logic is hiring a skilled Upwork Bidder with 1–2 years of experience in securing web and mobile app projects via platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. You'll identify leads, pitch services, and coordinate with tech teams for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant web and mobile development projects
  • Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to scope projects accurately
  • Maintain communication with clients via proposals, messages, and calls
  • Achieve weekly bidding and lead generation targets

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of project estimation and client engagement
  • Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a relevant field
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role in the software/IT industry
