We're looking for a motivated and skilled Upwork Bidder to join our team full-time at our Karachi office. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in writing compelling proposals, communicating with international clients, and securing freelance projects through Upwork.

  • Identify potential projects on Upwork.
  • Write tailored, persuasive proposals to secure new business.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements.
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Upwork's platform and bidding process.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the IT or software development industry is a plus.
