Position: Call Center Representative (Digital Marketing)

Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Compensation: Fixed salary + 4% commission on each sale

Benefits: Dinner provided by the company

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Call Center Representative with a focus on Digital Marketing to join our team onsite in Lahore. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls, provide information about digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, web development, and paid campaigns, resolve inquiries, and actively promote sales. The role requires working evening to night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to digital marketing products and services.
  • Provide detailed information about digital marketing offerings.
  • Follow communication scripts while adapting to customer needs to resolve queries and objections effectively.
  • Identify sales opportunities during calls and close sales to meet targets, earning a 4% commission per sale.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to stay updated on product knowledge and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude to build strong customer relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in call center or customer service roles, preferably with exposure to digital marketing sales.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (training can be provided).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or sales are a plus.
