FiveRivers Technologies is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager Performance Marketing to lead our digital marketing initiatives across paid and performance-driven platforms. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your expertise in paid media and data-driven decision-making to steer campaigns toward maximum ROI, scalability, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across PPC, paid social, display networks, and email marketing channels.

Continuously test, refine, and optimize campaign tactics to enhance customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM dashboards.

Manage digital marketing budgets, oversee media buying, and ensure efficient spend allocation to maximize ROI.

Plan and manage targeted email marketing campaigns for customer engagement, lead nurturing, and conversions — including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

Collaborate with the content, SEO, creative, product, and sales teams to align paid campaigns with brand messaging and overall digital strategies.

Stay updated with evolving digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, adopting new tactics to maintain a competitive edge.

Regularly present campaign insights, performance reports, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on PPC, paid social, and performance marketing campaigns.

Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other major paid platforms.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and reporting software.

Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions that translate into measurable business results.

Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
