As a Sales Manager at AM Packaging, you will be responsible for managing and growing the sales of our packaging solutions. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the accounting industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the accounting industry
- Strong knowledge of packaging solutions and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs

- Strong organizational and time management skills
