What will you do as a Growth Marketing Manager?

  1. Build, ship, and maintain features designed to improve key business metrics such as retention, virality, and conversion.
  2. Assist in pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases to ensure the software products are delivered as best-in-class services.
  3. Analyze data directly to inform strategic business decisions.
  4. Work on initiatives to enhance system efficiency and productivity, including improving metrics, analytics, and experimentation infrastructure.

  1. Enjoy developing features experimentally, with satisfaction in moving key business metrics, understanding that some experiments may fail.
  2. Have built or used A/B testing tools and are familiar with statistical significance and biases.
  3. Bonus: Possess strong SQL skills and experience with statistical data analysis, data integration, and handling large datasets.
  4. Have worked on products experiencing rapid growth, with a focus on well-crafted and scalable work.
  5. Quick to learn new technologies, viewing them as tools rather than ideologies.
  6. Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Segment, Customer.io, and Firebase.
