Location: Hybrid (Lahore Based)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 7 PM – 4 AM (with a break)

Target Markets: USA, UK, Canada

Salary: 40,000-70,000PKR per month

About The Role

We're looking for a Business Development Specialist with hands-on experience in generating leads and closing B2B sales in the IT sector especially web development and SEO services.

You should be proactive, fluent in English, and capable of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You must be confident in delivering actual sales, not just leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and close sales for web development, SEO, and marketing services.
  • Handle the entire sales cycle (lead generation to closing).
  • Use CRMs to track and manage leads and communications.
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
  • Utilize tracking tools like Apploye for transparency and accountability.
  • Stay updated with trends in the web/SEO industry and B2B client acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of "proven experience" in business development or sales in the IT industry (web development, SEO, marketing, or design services)
  • Must have verifiable strategies and a track record of delivering sales
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English
  • Familiarity with CRMs, sales pipelines, and time-tracking platforms
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Must be able to work independently and meet set targets
  • Willingness to undergo multiple interview rounds and a possible test/quiz
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-month performance-based probation
