Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on outbound communication, building customer relationships, and achieving targets related to customer engagement, retention, and sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is comfortable with outbound calling, and thrives in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to provide support, follow-ups, or promote products/services.
- Meet and exceed performance targets (e.g., call volume, conversion rate, retention, upselling).
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Handle customer objections effectively and turn inquiries into opportunities.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues and deliver high-quality service.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and areas for improvement.
- Follow scripts, sales pitches, or service protocols while maintaining a natural, customer-friendly tone.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or sales are a plus.
- Proven experience in outbound customer service, telemarketing, or sales support roles.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM or call center systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
