ROLE : Project Manager

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Project Manager who will be assisting our project managers with our ongoing projects in the organization. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

To be successful as a project coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. A bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science is preferred and the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience for consideration.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Assist with PMO Office initiatives as per the instructions from the PMO Director.

Required Skills:

  • Professional Training in Project Management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as DevOPS, Jira, Confluence or MS Project, MS Visio, moderate expertise in MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Knowledge of Collaboration Tool such as MS Teams, Zoom, Webex and/or other audio and video conference tools will be a plus.
  • Proficient in OneDrive and SharePoint, transcription, and other administrative procedures related to the PMO Office.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology from a reputable University
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate is required.
  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master) Certificate is required.
  • Experience in project management of Development, CRM and or AI projects.
