Job Title: AI Marketing Automation Specialist

Location: College Road, Lahore

Job Timings: 9 am-6 pm

Stipend: Market Competitive

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Rankviz is looking for an AI Marketing Automation Specialist who can design, implement, and optimize marketing workflows using AI-driven tools and automation platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes marketing tech, understands consumer journeys, and can bring together data, content, and automation to scale campaigns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other digital channels
  • Integrate AI tools into marketing processes (e.g., OpenAI/GPT-based copy generation, chatbots, predictive analytics, etc.).
  • Build and optimize customer journeys and behavior-based workflows to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and SEO teams to align messaging across channels.
  • Monitor performance metrics and A/B test campaigns to improve results.
  • Leverage CRM and data analytics to segment audiences and personalize outreach.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI and marketing automation trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of working in a marketing automation and AI role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, or others) in a marketing context.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, funnel stages, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with integrating APIs, and marketing platforms
  • Background in digital marketing, performance marketing, AI or growth hacking.
