Automation Specialist Role

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions for automation use cases.Work closely with the Engineering Team to design and build end-to-end automations using workflow automation platforms and custom code.Act as the internal expert on the latest AI-driven automations and automation technologies.Advise teams across the organization on practical, high-impact automation use cases and best practices.Deliver compelling technical presentations or demonstrations to both internal teams and customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with workflow automation tools.
  • Proficient in Python and JavaScript; able to rapidly prototype and stitch together integrations.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Experience with AI/ML-powered automation solutions is a plus.

Consultative & Collaborative Skills

  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and documenting technical specifications.
  • Ability to deliver clear, compelling demos and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

General Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in automation, integration engineering, solutions consulting, or similar roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
