Position: Senior SharePoint Developer (Migration & Modernization)

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Type: Full-time | 3-Year Engagement

Key Responsibilities

1)Cloud Migration: Plan, script, and execute migrations from on-premise SharePoint to SharePoint Online/M365 using ShareGate or equivalent tools, ensuring zero data loss.

2)Workflow & Forms Modernization: Replace SharePoint Designer/InfoPath workflows with Power Automate flows and Power Apps, and adopt modern SharePoint UX and Teams-based solutions.

3)Application Enhancements: Develop new features, UI/UX updates, and integrations with Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Azure Functions, and external APIs.

4)Multi-Workstream Coordination: Lead up to three parallel agile sprints, collaborating with UX, QA, and data engineering teams.

5)DevOps & Automation: Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, automate testing, and implement infrastructure-as-code for SPFx and Power Platform.

6)Support & SLA Adherence: Resolve production issues within SLA timelines (Critical ≤ 2 hrs; High ≤ 4 hrs), maintain technical documentation, and deliver monthly performance reports.

7)Security & Governance: Enforce UAE IA-compliant security measures, access controls, and tenant-wide governance policies, while promoting clean coding practices.

Required Qualifications

1)Minimum 8 years of SharePoint development experience, including at least 3 migrations to SharePoint Online/M365.

2)Expertise in SPFx, React, TypeScript, REST/Graph API, and PnP JS; solid foundation in C#/.NET for Azure-integrated solutions.

3)Strong background in Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

4)Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD; understanding of DataOps and ETL patterns.

5)Solid knowledge of Information Architecture and SharePoint site provisioning.

6)Agile working style and leadership in multi-stream delivery environments.

7)Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

8)Availability to travel to Abu Dhabi on short notice.

Preferred Qualifications

1)Exposure to AI/CoPilot or LLM-based SharePoint integrations.

2)Awareness of ISO 27001 development standards.

3)Prior work on large-scale government portals, HRMS, or enterprise ATS platforms.
