About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts for digital marketing services including website development, logo design, & Marketing services. This role involves both strategy and execution, with a focus on identifying client needs, closing high-value deals, and maintaining long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales for web design, logo/branding, social media management, and paid ad services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate and qualify new leads.
  • Identify client pain points and offer tailored digital solutions.
  • Build strong pipelines through cold outreach, networking, inbound leads, and partnerships.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records via CRM or tracking systems.
  • Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, website UI/UX, and paid media.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, web development, or creative services.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in simple, client-friendly terms.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
