We are currently hiring on behalf of our esteemed client for the position of E-commerce Sales Manager.

Client Overview: Our client is a fast-growing, innovation-driven pet solutions company dedicated to making life easier, safer, and more joyful for dogs and their humans. Our patented multi-utility leash is just the beginning of our journey. We're seeking passionate, experienced talent to help bring our groundbreaking products to dog lovers across North America.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process of our products to major e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to , , , , , etc.
  • Upload and optimize product listings, images, videos, titles, descriptions, and metadata across platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain product inventory across all marketplaces to prevent stock-outs or overselling.
  • Work cross-functionally to align product listings and promotions with marketing campaigns and seasonal opportunities.
  • Run and manage promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns on e-commerce channels to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, conversion metrics, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Ensure accurate order flow and coordinate with fulfillment partners to resolve issues quickly.
  • Stay current on marketplace policies, trends, and best practices to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Chewy Vendor Portal, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of product onboarding and catalog management across multiple online retailers
  • Experience running promotions and campaigns on third-party platforms
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Passion for pets and startup culture is a plus
