Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager – E-Commerce to oversee and grow our Client online business operations. The ideal candidate will manage e-commerce platforms, ensure smooth online sales operations, and contribute to developing effective strategies to maximize revenue, customer engagement, and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across platforms (website, marketplaces, social commerce).
  • Drive online sales growth through campaigns, promotions, and conversion optimization.
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to ensure product availability and visibility.
  • Analyze sales data, consumer trends, and competitor activity to recommend strategies.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and digital catalogs.
  • Ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and customer service support.
  • Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales, ROI) and prepare performance reports.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies to boost brand presence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party marketplaces and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or E-Commerce (BBA/MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, sales, or digital marketing and preferrely Retail Industry.
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces (Daraz, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125, Rs135,000.00 per month
