Job Responsibilities
  1. Support the development and implementation of the product strategy that ensures winning new business and driving retail growth.
  2. Work within the framework of Rx&D marketing practice guidelines and Pharma policies to ensure that material and programs are compliant.
  3. Support development and implementation of sales promotion campaigns and materials.
  4. Manage agency relationships to ensure timely delivery of tactics aligned with strategy.
  5. Collaborate with sales force and medical department to develop patient programs in line with strategic direction; leverage these programs to support market expansion.
  6. Monitor and control program performance; work with the team to adjust plans accordingly.
  7. Ensure projects are on budget and delivered as planned.
  8. Implement brand strategies and tactics, analyze feedback, and propose necessary changes and improvements.
  9. Communicate effectively within the organization to motivate and align sales force and stakeholders such as Market Access, Business Intelligence, Scientific Affairs, and Finance to achieve product objectives.
  10. Build productive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and influential customers across the country.
  11. Participate in personal development and training sessions.
  12. Work safely, upholding Biogenics Pharma's core values.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager and management team, based on training and experience.
Job Specification

A minimum of 3-5 years of sales or combined sales and marketing experience, primarily in the pharmaceutical sector.

Ability to develop effective relationships and operate with senior management.

Ability to analyze and interpret market data; capable of identifying research needs and commissioning projects.

High understanding of regulatory guidelines.

Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
