Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Karachi. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing the entire production process, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and on time. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing production schedules, coordinating with different departments, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing production staff, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the production process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing production processes and production scheduling
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
